How to install the Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking ODT Database Setup and ODT RAD Development Workbench Setup in Local Windows Machine.

Explained “How to install the Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking ODT Database Setup and ODT RAD Development Workbench Setup in Local Windows Machine”.
1. ODT Properties file generation.
2. ODT War file generation.
3. Run Weblogic server.
4. Run Nodemanager.
5. Deploy the RAD file.
6. ODT DB Compile.

Step 1:-

First of all download the Oracle Universal Installer Source. After Download find the FCUBSInstaller.bat file inside your directory.

Example Path >> E:\Fluxcube\Software\FCUBS_14.3.0.12.0\INSTALLER\SOFT\GUI

2. Double Click the bat file FCUBSInstaller.bat. After automatically launched the installer cmd.

3. Next once opened that asking your installed JAVA jdk path, so you can copy and paste it here your JAVA jdk path. like this 👇

Note:-
Required the java JDK version (Download here). Choice your system os and bit from inside topics — Java SE Development Kit 8u202

Example Path >> C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_202

After pasted click ‘Enter’ button.

4. Next asking your installed Oracle Home Directory, Find your local actual Installed ‘Oracle Home’.

Note:-
Check your installed Oracle_Home directory. Once pasted then click ‘Enter’ button.

Example Path >>
C:\app\NTech\product\21c\dbhomeXE
(OR)
C:\Oracle\Oracle_Home

5. Next asking your installed APPSERVER Home Directory, Find your local actual Installed ‘Oracle Client Application’ .

Example Path >>
C:\Oracle\Oracle_Home\wlserver

(OR)
Incase if facing any issues' then follow the below step only else ignore it.

E:\Fluxcube\Software\Oracle_Client32\client32

Once pasted then click ‘Enter’ button.

6. The above steps correctly configured then Automatically opened this Oracle Banking Installer screen 👇.

Click “Next” button.

7. Click the Open Development Tool check box then Click the ‘Next’ button showing below screen 👇.

8. Click ‘Next’ button then showing screen And Enter the details Data source configuration and ODT JNDI name and Admin Hosted URL 👇.

9. Enter your Details like Database string’s and OS and Source Path means Give your Compile files directory path like below👇

Example Source Path >> E:\Fluxcube\Software\FCUBS_14.3.0.12.0
Example EAR Destination Path >> E:/Fluxcube/RADTOOL/Destination

10. Finally applied the below details then Click the Test connection Button👇

11. While click the Test connection button if your are entered correct database details then it showing popup “Connection successfully” .👇

12. Once connection successfully then Click the “Save” button.

13. After save then stored your env.properties file inside directory. Example Path:- E:\Fluxcube\Software\FCUBS_14.3.0.12.0\INSTALLER\SOFT\logs

Step 2:-

Once finished properties file generation then follow the below steps.

Create the EAR file generation follow below points.

1. Go to the ODTWarRun.bat file.

Example Path:-
E:\Fluxcube\Software\FCUBS_14.3.0.12.0\INSTALLER\SOFT

2. Double click the ODTWarRun.bat file.

Example Path:- C:\Oracle\Oracle_Home\wlserver.

Paste and click Enter Button.

3. Once picked your configured location correctly then it will write the RAD-9.war file. check your destination directory. like below👇.

4. Finally got the .war file. And then Start your Weblogic server and Nodemanager server.

Example Path:-
C:\Oracle\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin

5. After started it will running the weblogic server url:- (http://localhost:7001/console) 👇

6. Next create the below steps from your hosted Weblogic server.

1. Create Machine.
2. Create Server.
3. Deploy your RAD-9.war file.
4. Create and map the Data_Source.

7. Once followed point 6 then execute the DB Source Compilation Steps. Compile folder DDL and SPC and SQL.

8. Start the ODTDBcompileRun.bat file. It will automatically compiled your database based on your already defined your Source Path.

9. Taking to long time for compile from your local to hosted DB. Compile Folder’s DDL and SPC and SQL.

10. After compile completed then open your ODT RAD Development Workbench UI.

11. If not compiled check the Manual Data source Compile Options.
